The WG-822K is powered by two independent heating zones, each with 2.2kW output (or 1.5kW + 1.5kW on 110V/60Hz), for a total of 4.4kW of consistent, high-output heat. The temperature is adjustable from 50–300°C, providing the versatility needed to handle a variety of menu items.
